Understanding our Maritime customer's needs

At B&S we maintain our valued partnerships by understanding our customer’s needs. To gain a profound knowledge of their business requirements we do not only have weekly contact by phone or e-mail, but we also regularly visit our client’s global office or meet each other during different trade shows. This enables us to offer tailor-made solutions in combination with excellence service. 

In two weeks’ time we will visit the annual IMPA in London, which is one of the events on top of B&S Bosman’s agenda. A team of ten dedicated Sales Managers will visit the show on the 21st and 22nd of September 2016. Here we will meet our maritime clients in person which is highly appreciated and a key value in our solid partnership.

In London, ship chandlers from almost every continent are present. Clients from South America, the United States, Canada, Africa, Middle East, Far East, Australia and Europe come together in a down-to-earth and business oriented atmosphere. An ideal occasion once a year to discuss all events in the ship supply industry in detail.
