Successful 2009 for SHOP&FLY

SHOP&FLY is a duty free shop managed by B&S Paul Global and is located at the second largest and fastest growing airport in the Netherlands, Eindhoven Airport.

Eindhoven Airport is proud of its substantial growth, passing from 300.000 passengers in 2001 to 1.7 million passengers in 2009.  While the worldwide passenger rate dropped with 3.5%* during 2009, due to the economical crisis, Eindhoven Airport had a record number of passengers, increasing 5% compared to the previous year. In 2010 passengers will be able to fly to 31 different destinations from Eindhoven Airport at a regular basis. The largest airlines operating at the airport nowadays are Ryanair, Wizzair and Transavia. 

Over the last years, the retail activities have grown which means a positive evolution for B&S Paul Global.  The product range of SHOP&FLY consist of 7.000 different products and comprises: perfumes, cosmetics, spirits, cigarettes and tobacco, electronics, souvenirs, books and magazines, confectionary, watches, jewelry, bags and luxury accessories. In June 2009 the shop has been redesigned into a modern airport shop offering a relaxed shopping atmosphere for the customers. SHOP&FLY employs a team of 15 enthusiastic people. The future developments at the airport are seen as a big challenge and together with Eindhoven Airport we will make it a big success!
