B&S finally signed the long expected contract with Nestrade, the global trading company within the Nestlé group.
The collaboration between B&S and Nestrade has a long history. It started in 2006 and as a result of close collaboration, a professional approach, mutual supply of information about opportunities and threats, market research, good risk analysis and following the clear agreements the two parties extended the collaboration even more.
This successful collaboration is now formalized in a Distribution Agreement between Nestrade SA and B&S BV. This presents a win-win situation for both parties.
B&S is now an official distributor in all its specific niche markets (ship chandlers, cruise- and airline catering, military- and industrial catering etc.) and can offer worldwide known brands, such as Nescafé, Kit-Kat, Mövenpick, Maggi, After Eight and Nido/Klim. Although this was already the case, there is now a solid and clear agreement between the two parties.
