On November 11th a total of 24 candidates participated in this special selection process.
All ingredients for a perfect afternoon: introduction of the company, tour within the facilities, personal job interview and a final drink together with the employees of B&S.
‘As a candidate you have certain expectations of a company, and it is really difficult to know if a company is the employer you are looking for, in a one hour job interview. During the informal drink at the end of the Meet & Greet I spoke with employees of different departments, it was the best way to take a dive into the company culture.’ - says one of the candidates enthusiastically.’
